Role Overview
As a Frontend Development Lead at Coredge, you will guide the development team in building and maintaining high-quality frontend applications. This role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust and scalable frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development Leadership:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the frontend architecture. Drive the implementation of reusable and scalable UI components.
- Collaboration & Integration:Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration. Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption.
- Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Project Management:Collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical requirements with business objectives. Estimate development timelines and ensure timely delivery of frontend features.
- Technical Excellence:Optimize the frontend for performance, scalability, and accessibility. Maintain a focus on reducing technical debt and improving code quality.
- Expected Outcomes:Deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable frontend solutions. Establish and maintain robust coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Tools & Libraries:Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar. Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Architecture & Testing:Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and module federation. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
- DevOps & CI/CD:Understanding of CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
Soft Skills
- Leadership:Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to drive innovation and technical improvements within the team.
- Project Focus:Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
