Role Overview
As an OpenStack Enterprise and Public Cloud Architect at Coredge, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions. You will work on enterprise and public cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture:Design end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging OpenStack for enterprise and public cloud environments.
- Networking & Infrastructure:Demonstrate deep knowledge of network infrastructure, including fabric and application layers.
- Kubernetes & Containers:Utilize Kubernetes expertise to drive container orchestration and cloud scalability.
- Technical Leadership:Guide teams and clients in making critical architectural decisions to align with business objectives.
- Automation & Efficiency:Drive automation initiatives to streamline implementation, expansion, and upgrade processes.
- Risk Management & Governance:Identify and mitigate potential risks while governing cloud architecture delivery in complex environments.
Requirements
- Cloud & OpenStack Expertise:Proven experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, and microservices-based architecture.
- Networking Knowledge:Solid understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, OSI model, firewalls, routers, BGP, and MPLS.
- Cloud Platforms:Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Architecture Design:Expertise in distributed applications, containers, and serverless technologies.
- Problem-Solving & Leadership:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Cloud Technologies:Experience with SD-WAN, hybrid cloud solutions, and cloud governance.
- Industry Trends & Optimization:Understanding of emerging trends in cloud computing and experience in architecture optimization.
