Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Coredge, you will lead cloud and AI projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and project timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and address issues.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide updates, and align project goals.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project success.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Technical Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of cloud and AI technologies to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements
- Education:Master’s degree in Business Administration. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI technologies.
- Leadership & Team Management:Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Communication & Problem-Solving:Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Project Management Tools:Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, and Confluence.
