Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.
This role requires close collaboration with development and product teams to streamline deployment processes, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability across environments. The candidate should be proactive, automation-driven, and focused on enhancing operational efficiency through modern DevOps practices.
Requirement:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration across development, testing, and production environments.
- System Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot systems to enhance performance, availability, and reliability. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Cloud Strategy: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ansible, Terraform or similar tools. Plan and optimize cloud resources to balance scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Automation: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring solutions. Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, and other tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, QA and operations teams to guide deployments, testing, and architectural decisions. Ensure infrastructure is secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
