Reporting To: Finance Director
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in finance, possessing strong expertise in bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and tax compliance. Experience in the tech industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings including GST, TDS, and income tax.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generate periodic financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
- Assist in compliance-related matters and liaise with legal advisors when necessary.
- Support the legal team by providing financial data and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with the administrative team for facility management and procurement.
- Supervise administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong command of bookkeeping, MIS, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the tech industry is a strong plus.
