We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Agile teams and drive efficient project execution across product, development, QA, and client collaboration. This role involves managing sprints, coordinating releases, and ensuring clear communication and timely delivery across teams and stakeholders.
Agile Meeting Facilitation:
Drive and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Release Management:
Manage sprint and release timelines across multiple stakeholder groups.
Progress Tracking:
Track team deliverables and velocity; identify and unblock project issues.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate between developers, QA, and client teams to ensure delivery goals are met.
Documentation:
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and shared proactively.
Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for client delivery tracking and updates.
Experience:
4–6 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in a Project Management or Scrum Master role.
Agile Expertise:
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Communication:
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Background:
Prior experience working with tech teams is mandatory; hands-on technical background is highly preferred.
Certifications (Preferred):
Agile/Scrum certifications like CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
Domain Experience:
Experience managing releases in a SaaS or cloud-based product environment.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
