Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud and AI projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that may impact project success.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenses and report on budget performance.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Implement best practices and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests. Ensure that all project records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Technical Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of cloud and AI technologies to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud and AI projects. Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Skills:Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Confluence).
- Attributes:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
