When your organization (any telco business) buys a premium Service plan for you to use, they provide us the data about you as well as your eligibility to use that service plan for user experience measurement. Our product helps you to solve network and stability issues that arise due to heavy traffic jams on networks. It helps in comprehensive error, bug and crash reports, user experience AI/ML-based monitoring, and real-time user surveys and contextual feedback.

4. Productivity

Our product allows you to understand user sentiment on end-user devices. If your settings allow, we scan messages to provide “NLP Chatbots” or similar tools for facilitating network problems and empowering companies to release applications with confidence through comprehensive error, bug, and crash reports.
